Terms of Service for American Promo Bags

1. Acceptance of Terms By placing an order with American Promo Bags, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all custom-printed low-density plastic bag orders.

2. Custom Artwork & Proofing

  • Approval: We will provide a digital proof for all custom orders. Production begins only after written approval of the proof.

  • Accuracy: The customer is responsible for verifying all spelling, colors, and layouts. American Promo Bags is not responsible for errors found after the proof has been approved.

  • Copyright: You warrant that you own the rights to any logos or artwork uploaded for printing.

3. Payment & Pricing All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on significant changes in raw material (LDPE resin) costs.

4. Shipping & Delivery We ship from our facilities in the Tri-State area. While we provide estimated delivery dates, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers (UPS/FedEx) or acts of nature.

5. Color Matching (PMS Colors) We strive for a 95% match to Pantone (PMS) colors. However, due to the nature of low-density plastic and ink absorption on varying bag colors, exact color matching is not guaranteed.

6. Cancellation & Returns Since custom-printed bags cannot be resold, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the manufacturing process has begun. If an order is canceled after proof approval but before production, a processing fee may apply.

7. Samples and Photography We reserve the right to use overruns of your custom bags as physical samples or for digital marketing photography unless you explicitly opt-out in writing at the time of order.
